 School Rules

∗A student has to carry his/her almanac to school every day. It must have his/her photograph and complete identity information signed by parents.

∗No student is allowed to come to school in a self-driven scooter, motorcycle or car.

∗Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on every working day. Students who are sloppily dressed or not in uniform will be dealt with severely.

∗Non-Sikh boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals.

∗Students ought to respect school property and the property of others. No student should damage school furniture, write or draw any thing on walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should at once be reported to the Class Teacher or the Principal. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.

∗The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles (like expensive watches, pens etc.) to school.

∗Students who come to school in the care of servants should never leave before the arrival of the servant. In case of delay, they should report in the school office. Those who go home alone should be prompt in returning home.

∗Name of the students who report late to school shall be recorded by the class teachers for future action.

∗Students should be polite to others. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.

∗The school reserves the right to suspend or take strict disciplinary action against a student whose conduct is harmful to other students.

∗Once a child has come to school, as far as possible he/she should not be asked to come home on a half day leave or leave from any period.

∗Students are not supposed to miss any teaching / games/ activity period.

∗The name of a student will be struck off the rolls of the school on all account of continued absence for ten consecutive days without information to the school.

∗The observance of school rules is an essential condition to a student's continuance in the school. In case a student violates the school rules or indulges in any form of indiscipline, strict action like suspension / expulsion / rustication shall be taken against him/her.
